Phase II Construction :
Phase II Construction is in the final planning stages and should be under way within the next thirty to forty- five days. The plans have been submitted to the responsible agencies for review and initial site mediations are taking place now. The reconstruction of the disposal area retaining wall has been started by our contractor and continued efforts are to prepare the property for the equipment to dredge and to receive the material to build and assemble the new docks. This project will increase our capacity to approximately two hundred and fifty slips for boat sizes up to thirty-eight feet. A break-wall will extend from the tip of the point in front of the current facility, with an entrance opening of sixty feet and then again continue around the new slips back to the marsh for a weather resistant and protected marina.
Completion is expected by May 2010.
