Phase II Construction :
Phase II Construction is in the final planning stages and once again should be under way within the next thirty to forty- five days. The plans have been submitted to the responsible agencies for review and initial site mediations are taking place now. The reconstruction of the disposal area retaining wall has been finished by our contractor. Ongoing efforts to prepare for the dredging of the existing marina and new section. This phase will consist of an additional 100 slips. They will have 30 ft finger docks with water and 30 amp electric provided to all. A break-wall will extend from the tip of the point in front of the current facility, with an entrance opening of sixty feet and then again continue around the new slips back to the marsh for a weather resistant and protected marina. Completion is expected during the 2011 season.
